Trude Lake is a 781 acre lake which is part of the Turtle
Flambeau Flowage.
Access to the flowage is under a bridge
that accommodates
pontoon and large fishing boats.
Loon Point Lodge is a beautiful four season, 3-bedroom, 2-bath
log cabin on its own secluded peninsula on Trude Lake and the
Turtle-Flambeau Flowage. With room for 6 guests, this full log
cabin includes a wood-burning stone fireplace, loft with
TV, fully equipped kitchen, laundry and wireless internet.
Loon Point Lodge provides a relaxing escape to a pristine
wilderness area that offers fishing, boating, paddling, and many
winters sports as well. The call of the loons as you relax on the

Loon Point Lodge This beautiful log cabin lies on a quiet, secluded peninsula on Trude Lake, which can be viewed through large windows on three sides of the cabin. Trude Lake is
surrounded primarily by state-owned land and joins the Turtle-Flambeau Flowage via a boat-navigable bridge. Species of fish include Musky, Northern Pike, Walleye, Bass, and Panfish.
Trude lake covers 781 acres and has a maximum depth of 48 feet. The Turtle-Flambeau Flowage contains 19,000 acres of water and offers lots of pristine wilderness and water to explore!
The cabin has three floors of living space, including three bedrooms and two full baths. The main floor includes a sitting area with a large wood-burning stone fireplace, dining room, fully-
equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, bedroom with a California King bed, and a full bath with claw-foot tub and shower. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a queen
bed and the other with two extra-long twin beds, full bathroom with a whirlpool bath and separate shower, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The loft has a sitting area, work space
with desk, and a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is included.A fire pit, charcoal grill, and picnic table provide a relaxing place to enjoy the sound of the loons on the lake.
The cabin also has a large covered porch with a beautiful view of the lake. A log screened gazebo provides a relaxing area to sit while enjoying views of lake. A dock, swimming area with
sand and pebble gradual bottom, two canoes are available for your use. Trude Lake and the Turtle-Flambeau Flowage both have public boat launches.
